It is provided under Articles 12 and 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Article 122 of the Italian Personal Data Protection Code and the guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) of 10 June 2021.

What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser to recognise it or to remember information. In this notice, other tools that store or read information on your device are treated in the same way as cookies, such as the browser's local storage (localStorage and similar), pixels and scripts that send data to third parties.
How we classify cookies and on what basis we use them
We divide cookies and similar tools into categories, according to the purpose for which the Site uses them and regardless of who provides them. Below you will find only the categories the Site uses.
We use necessary cookies without consent, as permitted by Article 122 of the Italian Personal Data Protection Code. We use anything that is not necessary only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can refuse or withdraw at any time without any effect on your browsing. We do not use cookies on the basis of legitimate interest.
Necessary cookies
They are needed for the Site to work and to remember your cookie choices. They do not require consent and cannot be switched off from the banner; you can block them in your browser settings, but some parts of the Site may not work.
Statistics
Only with your consent
With your consent, we use statistics tools to find out how many people visit the Site, how they reach it and which pages they view. Third-party tools may process your IP address and identifiers assigned to your browser.
Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 to find out, in aggregate form, how many people visit the Site and which pages they view. Google Analytics uses pseudonymous identifiers and processes your IP address; we do not use this data for advertising or to profile you.

Your choices
- On your first visit you can accept everything, reject everything or choose by category and by individual service. Closing the banner with the X is the same as rejecting: only necessary cookies remain active.
- You can change your mind at any time, from any page of the Site, using the cookie preferences command at the bottom of the page. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it and does not affect the lawfulness of what was done before the withdrawal.
- We remember your choice for 6 months; after that we will ask you again. We will ask you sooner if the cookies or providers of the Site change significantly, or if you delete your browser cookies.
- To be able to demonstrate consent, we keep a record of each choice, with the date, time and choices made, linked to a random code stored in your browser and not to your name or your IP address. The record is deleted after 5 years.
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings: the help pages of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge explain how.
Some providers also offer their own tools to turn tracking off:
Your rights

If you believe that the processing infringes the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of the country where you live.
