How we protect the data

The Site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to its administration area is restricted to authorised people. If a data breach poses a risk to your rights, we notify the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) and, where required, we also inform you, within the time limits set by Articles 33 and 34 GDPR.

Your rights

At any time you can:

  • find out whether we process data about you and receive a copy (access);
  • have them corrected or completed (rectification);
  • have them deleted, when there is no longer a reason to keep them (erasure);
  • ask for their processing to be restricted (restriction);
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest, on grounds relating to your particular situation (objection);
  • receive the data you gave us in a commonly used format, when the processing is based on consent or a contract (portability);
  • withdraw the consent you gave, without affecting what was done before. For cookies you can do so from the preferences link at the bottom of every page.

To exercise them, write to valentina.riente1986@gmail.com. We reply within one month; in the most complex cases this period may be extended by two further months, in which case we will let you know. If we have doubts about your identity, we may ask you for the information needed to confirm it.

If you believe that the processing infringes the GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of the country where you live or work.
