Reflexology in Rome
A targeted touch on the reflex points of the foot and ear to find balance again, at your home in Rome.
The foot,
mirror of the body
What happens on the outside is linked to what happens on the inside.
Reflexology is based on reflex points: areas of the foot and ear rich in nerve endings, which correspond to the organs and parts of the body. In foot reflexology I stimulate them with finger pressure, using the typical "caterpillar" movement of the thumb; in ear reflexology I work on the points of the outer ear, with my hands.
It is a natural, non-invasive treatment that helps you recognise your own body and call on the resources each of us has. I bring it to your home in Rome, on its own or as part of a naturopathic path.
How it works
How a session works
A foot reflexology session lasts about 45 minutes, in a comfortable, relaxed position.
-
The conversation
You tell me how you are, what you are feeling and what you expect, so that I can shape the treatment.
-
Relaxing
You settle into a seat with your legs raised, and I begin with a few movements to loosen your feet.
-
The reflex points
With my fingers and thumbs I work on the reflex zones of the foot or ear, listening to how you respond.
-
The close
I finish with relaxing movements and a few minutes of quiet, to let your body take in the stimulus.
Who it is for
When it may be useful to you
Reflexology is a gentle treatment, useful both as a preventive practice and as support on a wellness path.
-
When stress builds up
For stress-related discomfort and to find a state of deep relaxation again.
-
When your rhythm is off balance
Sleep, appetite, mood: to help your body find its balance again.
-
Alongside other paths
As support during a naturopathic path or other care.
-
To get to know your body
To recognise the signals your body sends and the resources it has.
Reflexology is a practice for personal wellbeing: it does not replace medical examinations, diagnoses or therapies. I practise as a naturopath under Italian Law 4/2013 and in line with the UNI 11491 standard.

Frequently asked questions
Do you have a
question?
The most frequently asked questions about reflexology in Rome. If you can’t find the one you’re looking for, write to me.
Do you offer foot reflexology at home in Rome?
Yes: I come to your home in Rome, with everything needed for the treatment. We can talk about it when you book.
How long does a foot reflexology session last?
About 45 minutes, with a few relaxation movements at the beginning and end of the treatment.
What is the difference between foot and ear reflexology?
The reflex zone changes: in foot reflexology I work on the points on the sole of the foot, in ear reflexology on those of the outer ear. We choose together the one that suits you best.
How many sessions are needed?
As a manual treatment, it needs consistency and time for the body to take in the stimulus. Everyone responds differently: we can talk about it after the first session.
Does reflexology replace medical treatment?
No. It is a wellbeing treatment that can go alongside other paths, but it does not replace medical examinations, diagnoses or therapies.
